Zahaan began his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen
Hamilton before joining the UK Office of the e-Envoy as a Senior Policy
Adviser on broadband and later Assistant Director in charge of the UK’s
e-Government Delivery Plan. Zahaan then moved to the Department for
International Development where he wrote the UK’s award-winning global
HIV/AIDS strategy and helped negotiate the primary school education
commitments in the G8’s Gleneagles communiqué.
Zahaan joins Gov3 directly from Washington, DC where he was working as a
consultant advising the World Bank on corporate strategy during the
recent Presidential transition. He has an MBA from Stanford and is a
Fulbright Scholar.
